I am a nationally recognized award winning editor and journalist. I come from a family of storytellers. Sometimes it was their only entertainment. It’s in my roots. I look for ideas that come off the news and try to tell those stories in a way that engages and touches people. I value precision in language and a writing style with a quick cadence and pace.
I have a great passion for conceiving, curating and editing story ideas into award winning journalism. I have earned a national reputation for recruiting and developing writers, photojournalists and editors. I’m skilled in managing staff and building processes to meet strategic goals. I’m currently accepting contract offers from corporations and individuals.
